Job Summary The Proposal Manager leads the proposal response process in a fast paced, deadline driven, demanding environment. 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Thoroughly review bidding documents, calls for bids, annexes, and technical requirements to identify risks, obligations, and opportunities 
Lead the integration of required information 
Ensure that all proposals comply with applicable Mexican regulations (LAASSP, Regulations, Official Mexican Standards, etc.) 
Verify all financial, technical, experiential, certifiable and other compliance related requirements and coordinate legal and administrative documents 
Coordinate kick-off meetings, technical and risk reviews (Go/No-Go), and final proposal reviews
