We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. The ideal candidate will lead the business line's bid and proposal activities, overseeing the entire process from prospect management to submission. This includes guiding and mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing winning strategies and proposals.
Responsibilities
Bid Leadership & Proposal Management: Oversee the full proposal lifecycle—from prospect management through to submission and project setup—ensuring compliance with governance and risk management requirements. Develop strategic proposals, including technical strategies, pricing, and value propositions, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
