Key Responsabilities:

Proposal Support:

• Draft, update, and format qualification documents tailored to each RFP.
• Prepare customized cover letters using templates and client‑specific details.
• Format content and compile qualification packages (SOQs).
• Assist in preparing interview materials and PowerPoint presentations.
• Update and maintain the Proposal Resource Index (PRI).

Marketing Support:

• Maintain and update the Contact Index (CI).
