Job Summary
The Proposal Response Creator at Teleperformance EMEA will serve as a critical bridge between sales opportunities and winning proposals, responsible for developing compelling, compliant, and highly competitive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other formal procurement documents. This role combines strategic writing expertise with AI-powered content development and rigorous quality assurance to accelerate proposal turnaround while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and differentiation in every client submission. Based in Kenya and supporting the EMEA region, this role reports to the EVP – Sales enablement and collaborates closely with, Sales teams, Bid manager, Subject Matter Experts, Legal, Transformation Solution Consultants , the Content Manager (and more…) to craft responses that clearly articulate Teleperformance's value proposition, solution capabilities, and competitive advantages.
