Proposal Specialist

Location: Buenos Aires

The Proposal Specialist supports the Sales Manager by checking the quotation request for correctness, creating the proposals, checking them for legal compliance and feasibility & takes over the Sales Manager role for specific assigned projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting sales manager in winning new business.
• Executing the role Sales Manager within specific assigned projects or project elements.
• Acting as central point of contact for and leading the proposal realization process.
• Having a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Exchanging information with customer, as needed, on request or in agreement with Sales Manager.
• Preparation of proposals and contracts based on client and/or sales manager input.
• Exchanging information/requirement changes within acquisition team/functions/roles.
