• Coordinating the proposal process following standard procedures, including planning, reviewing, designing, and production of company‑branded proposals.
• Collaborating with the Estimating Team, Project Executives, Project Managers, and relevant consultants in the proposal preparation process.
• Managing proposals from start to finish to ensure a competitive and winning response.
• Gathering and researching information to include in proposals, such as resumes and project summaries.
• Reviewing, organizing, and editing written documentation to improve clarity.
