Overview

Dillon Consulting is searching for a Proposal Specialist to support our clients by creating effective and engaging solutions. The role focuses on leveraging advanced technology to communicate ideas and solve client problems, overseeing the proposal submission workflow, directing resources, and ensuring compliance and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams through the proposal workflow.
• Utilize AI and other software tools to analyze criteria, determine layout, and develop initial drafts.
• Serve as the final gatekeeper to ensure every proposal meets client requirements and maximizes scoring potential.
• Lead the submission workflow, directing support staff on resumes and project write‑ups so that the specialist can remain focused on core content.
• Partner with Submission Managers to ensure we communicate unique, tailored solutions to our clients’ underlying problems.
