Proposal Writer

We invite you to join People Corporation as a Proposal Writer based in either Burlington or Calgary. In this role you will partner with marketing, sales, and other business units to create winning proposals and support a wide range of sales and marketing activities.

The Proposal Writer will lead the full proposal lifecycle—from kickoff meetings and stakeholder coordination to drafting, editing, and final delivery. You will also develop presentation content, maintain an up‑to‑date answer bank, coordinate RFP calendars, and contribute to social media, public relations, and event initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of RFPs and presentations in line with the OSI brand and strategy.
• Prepare and maintain different proposal versions—Basic (short form), Custom (standard), and Large client customization.
