Proposal Writer

This role is responsible for prompt development, AI content strategy, and AI writer enablement for proposal writing and storytelling excellence. The individual will play a critical role in designing scalable AI approaches that can be leveraged by the entire writing network and/or the broader Integrated Pursuit & Support (IP&S) to deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals. In addition to personally using and developing AI solutions, this role is responsible for helping other writers understand and effectively apply new prompts, tools, and best practices — scaling impact across teams while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand alignment. This role also includes proposal writing responsibilities, contributing to the overall content and narrative of proposals through writing, editing, storytelling, and ensuring clarity, flow, persuasiveness, and readability.
