The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in drafting, structuring, and managing technical and commercial proposals in line with client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and finalize technical and commercial proposals

Coordinate with technical and management teams to gather proposal inputs

Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements, bid instructions, and timelines

Develop compelling executive summaries, methodologies, and implementation plans

Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and past performance documentation

Edit, proofread, and format proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism

Track submission schedules and support bid strategy discussions
