Proposals Engineer

The Proposals Engineer will play a critical role within the New Business department by managing and developing technical and commercial proposals. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen to deliver competitive, high-quality proposals that align with company objectives and customer requirements, with the purpose to grow the company's order book.

Responsibilities

Proposal Development:

• Analyse client specifications, tender documents, and technical requirements to prepare detailed and accurate proposals.
• Prepare a proposal plan for the execution of the plan.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance, etc.) to gather information and ensure proposal completeness.
• Collaborate with Engineering team to develop technical designs, cost estimations, and project timelines for inclusion in proposals.
