Job Description

                    Handle multiple deals with medium to moderate complexity.
Manage all aspects of proposal logistics, including setting up shared proposal sites, scheduling and leading status meetings, creating and distributing draft outlines of deliverable documents to pursuit teams, maintaining version control for documents on shared sites, ensure consistent document formatting, and preparing deliverables for final submission.
Ensure a clear bid calendar / proposal development plan is established and maintained, with ownership of each deliverable assigned and all team members fully aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
