Propulsion Engineer
Harvard Group InternationalJob Description
The Propulsion Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the execution of an aeroderivative engine program within a live MRO environment. This individual operates at the intersection of engineering and production, providing hands-on technical support during engine build, maintenance, and testing activities while contributing to the development and improvement of the propulsion systems. This is not a traditional design-focused engineering role. It is a highly execution-driven position that requires direct engagement on the shop floor, working closely with technicians, production teams, and engineering to resolve technical issues, evaluate hardware, and support engine performance and reliability. Success in this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to operate in fast-paced environments, and confidence in making technical decisions with incomplete information.
