To assist, Manager, Compliance Department on the following

Ariani, Ariani RTW, Hajra & Prima Valet

• Preparing weekly reports on stock transfer status summary for all brands.
• Following up with teh respective admin and/or Manager of the outlets for all brands on the status of stock transfer and to ensure that all DOs are closed within ther stipulated time frame.
• Liaising with inventory clerk in JWDC, Semenyih on the discrepancy DO for all brand and to ensure all criteria are met and resolved within the stipulated time frame.
• Monitoring and highlighting teh negative stock in JPOS system for all brands
• To ensure all reports are properly kept and maintained.
• To prepare a monthly Summary Report for submission to the Management
