Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy:
  Formulate and launch conversation campaigns to increase persistency rates and net response rates.
• Performance Analytics:
  Prepare monthly production reports for Bancassurance, MGCC, and third-party call centers.
• Operational Excellence:
  Lead campaign monitoring, participate in WIP/planning meetings, and present progress decks to senior leadership, including the CEO.
• Quality & Compliance:
  Conduct call listening for Telesales Executives (TSE) to improve sales quality and ensure all customer complaints are resolved within TAT.
• Script Optimization:
  Continuously enhance tele-scripts to reflect process changes and improve engagement quality.

What We're Looking For:

• Technical Skills:
  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Communication:
  Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
