Protege - Engineering

The Protege will work closely with experienced professionals in the company to gain hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various construction tasks, including site management, project planning, and execution under the guidance of a mentor.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Contribute to ongoing projects by performing tasks such as site inspections, material takeoffs, and assisting with project documentation.
• Work alongside project managers, engineers, and others to understand different roles and responsibilities within the project.
• Build relationships with industry professionals and fellow team members to expand knowledge and career opportunities.
