Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Perform any other tasks or assignments as required by the superior.
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
