Responsibilities
Responsible to manage and coordinate the end-to-end import process of Finished Goods ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance and smooth coordination with external parties and internal stakeholders
Responsible for keeping track of the import Finished Goods progress status and update Tracking file accordingly for monitoring , including the additional charges incur for Port Storage, Detention and Demurrage
Responsible for preparing export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Export Checklist for Controlled Drugs, Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin, etc) and data entry for all shipments by site
Support in shipment arrangement and coordination with external stakeholders on shipping documentation requirements for export shipments
Support in the arrangement for the appropriate endorsement of shipping document for legalization by site
