1. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive OSH and Risk Executive Assistance to support the Quality Assurance (QA) and Information Technology (IT) departments in ensuring the effective implementation of quality management systems and IT solutions.

1. Key Responsibilities:

a. Quality Assurance (QA) Activities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Help coordinate internal and external quality audits and document the findings.
• Support the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) for non-conformities identified during audits.
• Assist in tracking and reporting quality performance metrics and trends.
