Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents for new projects.
- Analyze and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Review and evaluate contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project scope, and company policies.
- Prepare and issue contract documents to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs and ensure they are within approved budgets.
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and financial summaries for management review.
- Identify cost variances and recommend corrective measures where necessary.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients.
- Verify subcontractor claims, invoices, and progress payments.
