Protege - Quantity Surveyor (HQ)

OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

The Protégé - Quantity Surveyor will support the Group Contract and Procurement Division in key functions such as cost estimation, tender preparation, project cost control, and contract administration. This role provides hands‑on experience in managing construction project costs and processes, making it ideal for graduates passionate about quantity surveying and project management.

PRIMARY TASKS

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Support tendering processes, including evaluating bids and preparing documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure accurate project cost control.
• Assist in the preparation of contract documentation and variation orders.
• Research construction materials, labor costs, and market trends.
