What you'll be doing

1. Providing support and guidance on all industrial relations and employment law matters to the HR team and broader organisation
2. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating employment contracts, policies and other legal documents
3. Advising on and assisting with the resolution of employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
4. Monitoring changes in employment legislation and updating the organisation accordingly
5. Collaborating with the legal team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
