About the role

MILDEF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD' is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a PROTEGE - RTW -HUMAN RESOURCES on a contract basis. Based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan, this role will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support within our Human Resources and Remuneration & Benefits functions.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the full range of human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
2. Supporting the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs
3. Conducting research and analysis to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards
4. Coordinating training and development initiatives for employees
5. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
