Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts and selects suitable talent.
Support end‑to‑end hiring for junior roles, including job postings, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Streamline administrative processes such as record‑keeping, office coordination, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.
Develop, update, and enforce Protégé policies in compliance with labor laws and organizational requirements.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Protégé Program including outreach and branding initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including document collection, pre‑employment checks, and first‑day arrangements.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, documentation, and candidate databases for compliance and reporting.
