The Protégé Trainee Programme is tailored for fresh graduates in Civil Engineering and related disciplines, including structural , construction , infrastructure engineering, Geomatic, Land Survey, Estate Management and Quantity Surveying . This one-year traineeship offers a comprehensive learning experience that combines hands-on, on-the-job training with structured soft skills development. It provides an excellent platform for graduates to kick-start their careers and gain valuable exposure within the expressway and infrastructure industry.

Placements will be across various departments and locations, including Headquarters (HQ) , Southern Region , Northern Region , and the Pantai Timur (LPT2) area.
