Protocol Technical Lead

PCI Productions is seeking a Protocol Technical Lead for a contract in Fort Belvoir, VA. This position reports to the Program Manager and is fully onsite.

Remote Status: On‑Site

Key Responsibilities

• Event & Ceremony Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute official military and civilian ceremonies, including retirements, promotions, changes of command, and award presentations, as well as VIP receptions and senior‑level office calls.
• Distinguished Visitor (DV) Support: Develop and manage comprehensive itineraries, logistical support, and security coordination for international and state visits, senior DoD officials, and other distinguished guests.
• Conference & Meeting Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of MDA conferences, ensuring all venue, catering, and audio‑visual requirements are met.
