Prototype Build Operation Technician

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join as a Prototype Build Operation Technician for our Luxembourg Technical Center in Hautcharage, Luxembourg, on a fixed-term contract (CDD) until 31 December 2026. The Prototype Build Operation Technician will be responsible for prototype assembly and testing according to Engineering requests, within committed timelines and with the required level of quality.


Key Roles and Responsabilities :


· Receive Work Request, BOM and assembly drawing

· Catch components from storage area in respect of the traceability rules

· Realize the tooling needed for the assembly in cooperation with Manufacturing Engineer or Tool designer

· Assemble and test the component in respect of Process Control Plan (PCP) and Work Instructions

· Fill in Process Control Plan report
