Provider Enrollment

We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to assist with provider onboarding and credentialing for a medical group. This role will support a project under the owner's name and help manage day-to-day credentialing tasks so leadership can focus on higher-priority initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard providers new to the medical group
• Submit and track initial and re-credentialing applications with health plans
• Manage state license and DEA renewals
• Collect, verify, and maintain provider documentation (CAQH, licenses, malpractice, etc.)
• Communicate with health plans, IPAs, and providers to confirm requirements and follow up on application status
• Ensure a smooth, timely, and positive provider onboarding experience
