Provider Experience Coordinator

Reports to: Manager, Provider Experience
Position Summary:
The Provider Experience Coordinator manages the operational and administrative aspects of onboarding and cross-training for both 1099 and W2 providers. This role ensures all logistical tasks — including scheduling, communication, system setup, access management, and documentation — are completed accurately and on time. The Coordinator partners closely with Medical Operations, Practice Management, Recruitment, Clinical Leadership, and IT to ensure providers are fully prepared to start on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding for 1099 and W2 providers joining weekly.
Guide providers step-by-step through the full onboarding process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Communicate consistently with providers via email and Slack to provide support, reminders, and rescheduling assistance.
