Based at Toronto Western Hospital, UHN needs an independent contractor with a strong clinical background. You will be the first point of contact for low back pain patients, responsible for accurate assessments, diagnoses, and care plans. Collaboration with patients and healthcare providers is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and consult on patients with low back pain
• Provide education and counseling for effective management
• Develop collaborative care plans with patients and families

Requirements:
