Provider Partnerships Manager

About the Role
As the Provider Partnerships Manager, you will lead Hive Health's HMO entity's provider network strategy, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention of healthcare provider. This role is critical to ensuring Hive Health-HPPI maintains a competitive, high-quality provider network that meets member needs and supports company growth. You will oversee a team managing network expansion, contracting, credentialing, compliance, and provider support, while working cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Growth, and Medical Operations teams to deliver seamless outcomes. This leadership position requires both strategic foresight and hands-on execution. You will represent Hive to external providers and partners while ensuring strong internal alignment across teams.
