Provider Relations Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
• Maintain accurate provider records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support onboarding of new providers and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Act as the main point of contact for providers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Build long-term relationships with providers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular meetings and communications to keep providers informed about policies, updates, and product offerings.
• Assist in resolving claims, billing, and service-related issues between providers and the company.
