Provider Relations Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
Maintain accurate provider records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Support onboarding of new providers and strengthen existing partnerships.
Act as the main point of contact for providers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Assist in resolving claims, billing, and service-related issues between providers and the company.
Collaborate with internal teams (claims, underwriting, customer service) to streamline provider interactions.
