About the Role
To develop and maintain relationship with providers with objective to provide the best-in-class service & capability for AIA & its customersProviders Management:
Develop and maintain cooperation with providers (hospitals, clinics, dentist, pharmacies, optics, etc).
Develop AIA Platinum Providers with the agreed criteria & qualifications.
Review PKS, SKS and addendum on the request from the provider or company.
Provide best customer journey (experience) when dealing service with the providers, including the target SLA of LOG (admission & discharge).
Prepare regular report e.g monthly top 10 providers in term of payment, utilization, etc
Holding regular performance dialogue meeting
Holding gathering event and joint promotion with the appointed / selected providers
