To enhance the Group’s operational effectiveness within a designated province by providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership to business units (Funerals, Burial Services, Tombstones, Catering). The Provincial Manager ensures business performance, compliance, customer satisfaction, profitability, and stakeholder engagement in alignment with Group strategy and directives.

Operational Management Managing day‑to‑day operations of all the business units reporting to the incumbent including setting and execution of targets, tracking progress thereof and looking after staff welfare as they go about their duties.
