Job Summary

The Provisioning Specialist (VAS Operations & Service Governance Specialist) supports the operational backbone of TIM's Innovations portfolio by ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of service performance. This role focuses on maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements to enable data-driven decisions and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

·       Service Delivery Support: Track activation timelines and assist in ensuring SLA compliance

·       Dashboard Management: Maintain and update operational dashboards for revenue, capacity, and delivery metrics.
