Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Proxy PAC (Proxy Auto-Configuration) files for enterprise environments
Manage and support proxy routing logic for web traffic across corporate networks
Troubleshoot proxy, PAC, and browser connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
Work with security and network teams to implement URL filtering, access policies, and exceptions
Perform testing and validation of PAC changes to avoid user impact
Support change management, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and version control for PAC files
Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for proxy-related incidents
