JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional advice and service in pharmaceutical care as well as general advice on health and beauty care to customers
• Attend to customer's inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations
• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing drugs and other duties
• Undertake the training modules/program with a positive attitude and a commitment to learning from the preceptor and other staff in the training environment. Aim to become a competent registered pharmacist by the end of the training period
• Resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Manager and monitor inventory, stock and expired products
• Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment
• Oversee & motivate other members of the staff
• Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times
