Job Description
Lead trade operations processes as a proficient Trade Operations Analyst. Focus on trade reconciliation, compliance, and relationship building in a supportive hybrid work setting.
This role enables you to manage critical trade activities within daily operations while ensuring adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements. You'll act as a liaison for third-party services and work collaboratively to resolve any conflicts. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily trade execution and priorities
• Conduct trade reconciliations for accuracy
• Communicate effectively with brokers and custodians
• Identify and monitor settlement disputes
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in trade settlements/operations
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent
