Job Description

Fixed term contract for 12 months 

As PS Operations Specialist you will be responsible for providing consistent, high quality customer care and service excellence to all GSK businesses. You will also assist and facilitate employee and manager inquiries and requests.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Provide transactional Human Resource support using Workday across all processes and business units in a service center environment
Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction is achieved
Support client groups with responses to direct queries being received via email, web submit and phone
Provision of advice and guidance as first line of contact for basic Human Resource questions
Administrative support to Human Resource and shared services
