About the Role
We are currently looking for a passionate, experienced Psychiatrist to work in our Acute Inpatient Mental Health Team. This role will work with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team of junior doctors, nurses, allied health and mental health assistants caring for our most vulnerable people experiencing acute mental illness.
Based in New Plymouth, Te Puna Waiora our inpatient unit is a 23-bed general adult, (12 beds), psychogeriatric (4 beds) and intensive psychiatric care (7 beds) unit.
