Job Description
Job Description1.Case management and care, including initial interviews, emotional support, problem clarification, crisis assessment, follow-up care, and resource referral, to assist employees in properly coping with mental and physical health-related issues.
2.Handling psychological health issues and crisis events among employees.
3.Addressing employee feedback and complaints, implementing workplace unlawful infringement prevention programs, and investigating related cases.
4.Writing articles to promote mental health awareness.
5.Planning, designing, and implementing mental health promotion courses.
6.Providing flexible support for organizational tasks and assisting in completing assignments delegated by supervisors.
