This permanent full-time position involves reporting to the WSP team manager and addressing mental health challenges in the workplace. Utilize your assessment skills to diagnose and formulate treatment recommendations that facilitate employee recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessment and counseling services
• Conduct mental health and substance use evaluations
• Create individualized treatment strategies
• Prepare detailed clinical reports

Requirements:
• A Ph.D. or master's degree in Psychology
• Registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists
