**Position Overview:**

Consultation-Liaison role; provide consultation to ER physicians and MPI drug & alcohol services. This is a 64-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital with adjunctive eating disorder and ECT services. Psychologist evaluates patients virtually and/or in-person at the Ashby/Berkeley Emergency Rooms to determine 5150 hold status, as well as identifies and reviews general psychiatric admissions in the central intake department at the Herrick Campus. Provides mental health services to child, adolescent and adult inpatient and outpatient clients and their families. These services require autonomous decision making, assessment, treatment planning, interventions, discharge planning and internal and external community resource coordination.
