What you’ll do
Plan and organize the provision of services for the Gender Health Program in consultation with the Program Manager and Program Director. Participate in activities related to coordinating the team as required for the program’s delivery.
Coordinate and deliver Mental Health and Readiness Assessments for gender healthcare, which includes clinical interviews, questionnaire administration, collateral interviews and reviews of documentation, review of medical transition, capacity assessment and provision of other measures as appropriate.
