Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health care, particularly post injury management. This role involves providing therapeutic support, conducting intakes, and working with a Psychiatrist or Psychologist to implement treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients. The Psychotherapist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Duties

• Conduct intake and assessment sessions for adults post-injury, post-concussion.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support patient progress: CBT, DBT, etc.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, including data collection and case management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, and hospital staff, to coordinate care.
