Reporting to the Sr. Manager, F & B, the Food and Beverage Supervisoris responsible foroverseeing Bartenders, Servers, Porters, Hosts andHostesses. The Food and Beverage Supervisormaintainsefficient running of the department bycomplying withthe duties and responsibilities as outlined belowin accordance withall applicable policies, procedures, rules,regulationsand standards.
