Group Facilitator Job Description
Responsible for leading a variety of psychoeducational and activity group curriculum, along with other duties that provide support for clinical staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Facilitate a variety of gender-specific groups including, but not limited to, activity and psychoeducational

+ Maintain accurate documentation of clients' participation and progress while attending group sessions in the electronic medical record system

+ Comply with MN Statute Chapter 245G requirements regarding timely paperwork and documentation
