Job Overview

Part‑time Registered Nurse (RN) in a community nursing role. The position offers a retention bonus of up to $5,000.

What You’ll Do

• Use assessment tools to evaluate patients’ individualized needs.
• Execute and continuously monitor care plans.
• Engage patients collaboratively, building rapport and trust.
• Maintain and update professional patient records related to encounters and plans.

What You Bring

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in delivering community care (asset).
• Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to travel within a designated area.
• Passion for making a difference in the community.
• Availability for on‑call coverage, including after hours.
• Bilingualism (English/French) preferred.
