            SALES ASSOCIATE Job Description Department: Retail Reports to: Store Manager Supervisory Responsibility: None Position Overview The Sales Associate is responsible to achieve personal sales goals and KPI’s through exceptional customer service.

Maintain visual standards and support store operations while following corporate policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities Sales   Actively participate in achieving sales targets and goals set by store management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions and sales.

Promote sales and special promotions to maximize revenue.

Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
